ℹ️ Tip — all three steps below are required:

Hoshikari is a first-person, on-rails space shooter with a Japanese ink-wash soul. You fly a craft of light through a painted sea of stars and drag across the screen to paint lock-ons over the swarm streaming toward you — meteors, corrupted light-motes and geometric drones, never people. Release to loose a fan of homing light-arrows that chain through every locked target at once; the bigger the lock, the bigger the volley, and each chained hit climbs a half-step in pitch, so a good run sounds like a rising chord. Dodge the debris you cannot shoot, gather star-ore to upgrade your craft at the Dock, grab shields, and ride the overdrive through launch, nebula, asteroid belt, comet field, aurora and the deep. Short tracks bundled by constellation, plus an endless meteor storm. Free to play, supported by ads. 12 languages, portrait or landscape, playable offline.
