COMING SOON
Coming soon to the App Store, Google Play and Roblox.
HANKO is a quiet carving puzzle about a Japanese seal. Tap a cell to carve it away; whatever you leave uncarved stays raised, takes vermilion ink, and prints onto the washi paper below. Each stage fixes one to four guides on the paper: a cell covered by one guide prints light red, and where prints from two guides overlap the ink doubles into a deep dark red. Your print has to match the target exactly — blank, light, or dark. After each press you learn only how many cells came out too dark and how many too light, so you reason your way to the answer. Carving is one-way. 200 stages, a daily seal, and 12 languages.

Tap a cell on the seal face to carve it away. The cells you leave uncarved take ink and print inside every guide on the paper. A cell covered by one guide prints light red; where prints from two guides overlap, the ink doubles into a dark red. Press the seal and match the target's blank, light and dark cells exactly.
